1. Anna Paquin’s Rogue

If there is one actress I would love to see get the chance to play a new variation of their former character it is hands down Anna Paquin.

Paquin delivered an iconic performance as Rogue across the films, but the problem is the Fox X-Men movies changed everything we knew and loved about the character. Rather than embracing Rogue's fun, sassy, and bold persona, the Fox movies made Rogue more reserved and, honestly, so bland.

Not only did the Fox movies completely change her personality, but they also failed to showcase Rogue's full abilities as the strongest member of the X-Men team due to the fact that the movies changed her origin story and therefore removed the part where she steals Ms. Marvel's powers while under the influence of Mystique's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

We never asked for wallflower Rogue and that's not the Rogue we want to see the MCU adapt. When bringing Paquin into the fold as part of the MCU, Marvel has the chance to finally give fans the Rogue they've been longing to see on the big screen: a Rogue who is confident, unapologetically herself, and one of the most badass heroes around who can go toe-to-toe with just about any adversary.
