Star Trek: Strange New Worlds season 4 episode 5 release time (by time zone), preview, and more

The next episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will take a page out of an episode of Angel as the crew is turned into puppets. Here’s when you can watch one of the silliest and fun episodes of the series.

In the previous episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Nyota Uhura, Dr. Joseph M'Benga, and Una Chin-Riley were stuck on planet Mat'Aar, which was occupied and ruled by the Klingons. To make things worse, the newly-promoted commander, Una, was mistaken for someone named Navette who was helping people take down their Klingon overlords. Luckily for the people on this planet, she wasn’t going to sit back and watch as people were being taken advantage of.

Later, Una learns who murdered her doppelganger and tricked them into bringing a detonator to a place that created a surge throughout Mat'Aar. It may not be a permanent solution, and the Klingons will fight back, but now the resistance has a better chance of fighting back.

In the end, Una learned a lesson that will help her as a commander. Things aren’t always black and white (hence the color scheme of the episode). And in the world of Star Trek, that’s an invaluable thing to learn.

What to expect in the next episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

Star Trek is no stranger to outlandish episodes and it appears that Strange New Worlds' newest season has absolutely gotten that message. Yes, the show which has done some truly unforgettable standalone adventures is at it again - because in “Level-Five Transporter Accident”, the crew will be turned into puppets. Yes, puppets!

However, while there will be nonsense and fun throughout the episode, you can expect a lesson of some sort in the end. That's what Star Trek is all about and we're sure that this episode will feature a memorable, thought-provoking moment.

But, honestly, who cares about that?! We’ll see Captain Christopher Pike as a puppet!
