It's been a long time coming, but The Witcher season 4 is almost upon us. It's true; it's been over two years since the final episodes of the third season made their presence felt on Netflix, and fans have been longing for more of Geralt of Rivia's story ever since. Of course, Geralt is going to look pretty different this time around.
Liam Hemsworth takes over the role from Henry Cavill, who departed the show after three seasons in what was undoubtedly one of the most unexpected cast departures this century. He's set to play the beloved hero for two seasons now, and it all commences with the show's upcoming fourth installment. Needless to say, fans are hyped - and more than that, they are ready!
If you're ready to return to the eerily beautiful world of The Witcher, here's all of the exact times that you can expect it to premiere in your area.

What to expect in The Witcher season 4
To say that The Witcher season 4 will mark the beginning of a new era is a major understatement. Obviously we have Liam Hemsworth stepping into the role of Geralt of Rivia, which means that these will be the first episodes of the fan-favorite show not to feature Henry Cavill in any capacity. It's going to make it an extremely different chapter for the show, but one that could hold a ton of promise at the same time.
The fourth season will focus on Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri as the trio find themselves separated after the events of the third season. As they attempt to find their way back to each other, they will come across new enemies, but the good thing is that they will come across some new allies along the way too, hopefully setting the stage for a triumphant return for all three of them.
We should also expect this season to begin laying the groundwork for the grand finale of the franchise's story. We know that The Witcher has been renewed for a fifth and final season, so don't be surprised if you see some hints towards what's coming next in Geralt's final Netflix adventure.
And yes, Liam Hemsworth will obviously continue to play the role into season 5.
