SDCC 2014: DC’s Harley Quinn One-Shot Will Also Feature Arrow’s Stephen Amell

Harley Quinn is going to be at Comic-Con this year, both in the literal and figurative senses.

More from Conventions And Shows

She’s starring in a special one-shot comic by writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner and a variety of artists. And in true meta fashion, it revolves around Harley Quinn actually getting her own booth at Comic-Con. Inception!

“Harley and her freak show friends get a booth at Comic-Con,” Conner said to TV Guide. “Wherever she goes, mayhem ensues, and that’s what happens at Comic-Con. More mayhem than the usual.”

Of course with Harley wandering around the convention center in San Diego, she might run into some of the people who bring DC’s other heroes to life. People like, say, Stephen Amell, who stars as Oliver Queen on Arrow.

Yep, that’s actually happening. Fortunately, you don’t have to go all the way to California to see how this star-crossed encounter turns out. You can grab Harley Quinn Invades Comic-Con International: San Diego at your LCS of choice on July 16, one week before the mayhem begins in earnest.
