Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Collector’s Edition Available For Pre-Order

It turns out there is a way to have all the Avengers assembled and ready to go as soon as Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes is released. It’s possible thanks to the Collector’s Edition, which is now available for pre-order for both the PS4 and Ps3.

The Collector’s Edition comes with a Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes Starter Pack, which consists of the new version 2.0 game disc, the updated Infinity Base, Iron Man, Thor and Black Widow figures, two Toy Box Game Discs, a webcode card and the piece that activates the Avengers Play Set. But the CE also throws in Captain America, Hawkeye and the Hulk, who is a timed exclusive for the Sony consoles, along with an impressive looking collectible stand in the form of a light-up Frost Giant. The Collector’s Edition will retail for $179.99 for either console.
Individual retailers are also rolling out their pre-order deals. Toys R Us is offering a free figure with the pre-order of a Starter Pack for any system and apparently is even taking advance orders for the just-announced Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set, though there’s no link yet on the TRU site.
Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes arrives September 23 on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U.
