If you’ve been enjoying TinyCo’s Marvel Avengers Academy, you may have already encountered an unpleasant truth: it ends. Or rather, you can exhaust all of the available quests and launch content and get stuck at academy level 18.
We know because we’ve made it there ourselves. Once you reach level 18, you can keep taking quests to earn more credits and stockpile items if you have more heroes to upgrade. But you won’t receive any more experience toward your academy level, which means you might want to take it easy on the main story quests.
That’s the bad news. The good news is that once you reach level 18, you’ll see the message pictured above, delivered by the ever delightful teen version of the Wasp. New content is arriving February 19, and happily, that’s this week.
Since some of the characters that the game has always shown you aren’t yet accessible, including Taskmaster, Ant-Man and Thor, this really isn’t a huge surprise, but it’s nice to know that for anyone who’s put in the time to get through all the content in the game, the wait for new quests won’t be a long one.

Marvel Avengers Academy features a brand new story that turns Earth’s Mightiest Heroes into teenagers and places them all at a school run by Nick Fury, though it’s clear from the beginning that not everything at the academy is exactly what it seems. You can download it for free from the iOS App Store or Google Play for Android.
