“Gotham” Adds a Villain

According to Deadline.com Drew Powell, most recently of The Mentalist, has been cast as a reoccurring villain in the upcoming Gotham series.

"Powell, repped by StoneManners Salners and Billy Miller Management, will play Butch Gilzean, the deceptively clever and ambitious second-in-command to sadistic gangster boss Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith)."

I’m not terribly familiar with Drew Powell, but Gotham seems to be doing a lot of Chris Nolan-esque world building. If handled correctly, it could turn out to be intriguing.
