Jesse Eisenberg Talks Lex Luthor!

In a recent interview with MTV, Jesse Eisenberg (NOT Michael Cera) spoke a wee bit about playing the iconic villain Lex Luthor in Batman Vs Superman.

"“The character is, luckily, a really great character,” Eisenberg said told MTV News’ Josh Horowitz on his Happy Sad Confused podcast. “Actors can sometimes find really cool things in characters that aren’t written well. This character is written really well.” …the Oscar nominee also thinks that blockbusters are important for an actor’s career.“It’s important to be in those big things,” Eisenberg continued. “I happen to want to do this movie because the character is awesome, but it’s also important to be in those for some kind of longevity.”"

That sounds like he read that interview with Josh Hartnett about career decision making. We’ll just have see how he pans out, because it seems like an ODD casting choice.
