Amazing Spider-Man 2 VFX video showing the creation of Electro’s skin

Sony Pictures Imageworks are the academy award winning VFX company that, obviously, worked on Marc Webb’s Amazing Spider-Man 2 which is great. But what’s even better about them is that they keep releasing awesome behind thes scenes videos detailing the VFX and how they did certain things. Not only is it a spectacular insight into the film industry, particularly with visual special effects, but it’s another tasty Spider-Man nugget of joy!
Whilst we’ve seen them tackle the making of the Time Square environment, and how they did Spider-Man’s movements. But in their latest video they’re taking on the big blue bad, Electro, showing us the creation of Electro’s skin. Check it out.
