By Skip Harvey
Actor Scoot(?) McNairy is joining Batman v Superman in an undisclosed roles, according to Deadline.
"Versatile actor Scoot McNairy is joining Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, though nobody at Warner Bros will confirm it or tell us what the role is. The Zack Snyder-helmed pic is already shooting with Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man Of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter also starring. He’s coming off 12 Years A Slave, the just-opened The Rover, and Non-Stop."

Could he play Robin/Nightwing? He seems a bit old at 36, but that may not stop them from trying. He could play a deep-cut character like the recently added Mercy Graves, or even a brand new character. In any event, the cast is getting pretty large for this film. This is still all unofficial, but so have several other rumors that have come out in the last few weeks. General consensus is that nothing will be confirmed until the official panel at Comic-Con.
