Danny DeVito Tours ‘Batman 75’ Exhibit!
By Skip Harvey
Former Penguin Danny DeVito recently took a trip down memory lane in a big kick-off press event at the WB Tours Batman 75 retrospective . The diminutive actor got to tour the brand-spanking-new exhibit on Thursday which, of course, included his infamous costume and props from Tim Burton’s Batman Returns.
"“Isn’t that lousy Batman gonna come? I don’t want the Batman here,” DeVito said in between Penguin quacks. He went on to call Batman nothing more than a “rich guy in a suit.”"
The tour itself looks pretty exhaustive in scope and detail, displaying Batman’s entire cinematic history. That history goes all the way back to the 1940’s and shows no signs of slowing down.
