Following up on Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Captain America and Black Widow, it’s time for Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye and Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s Quicksilver to get their turn in the spotlight, courtesy of artist Ryan Meinerding. We also get to see the Vision for the first time, but he’s floating high in the background of the Quicksilver poster, so we’ll have to wait for a better view. It’s still enough to make comic fans hopeful that he’ll be faithful to his counterpart from the source material in both form and color.
As most people have already surmised, the posters fit together to make one huge action scene, which Comic Book Resources has already helpfully assembled with the pieces given out so far. Tomorrow will no doubt bring Hulk and Thor to make the Age of Ultron mosaic complete, but does that mean nothing for Sunday, or something cool with everyone involved?
Stay tuned …
