Phil Coulson’s Creepy Alien Equation Is On A Billboard In L.A.

Despite a relatively happy ending to the Season 1 finale of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., things took a turn for the weird and ominous in the very last scene, when newly minted Director Phil Coulson woke up in the middle of the night and started scratching what looked like an alien equation into a wall in his team’s outpost.

That same equation was spotted on a billboard in Los Angeles by the junior S.H.I.E.L.D. agents at Entertainment Weekly. The cool part is that it’s just the equation, so it’s kind of reference that only fans of the show would get.
I love teasers like this, and this one is especially intriguing because it serves as a reminder of what we saw last season while hinting heavily that the equation is going to be important in Season 2. Any codebreakers out there fluent in Kree, just to pick a Marvel race at random, want to take a crack at this and see if you can translate for the rest of us?
