Amy Gumenick Joining Arrow Cast As Obsessive Fan Turned Villain
By Nick Tylwalk
Poor Oliver Queen has already had some rotten luck with women gone bad on Arrow. Try as he might, he was never able to get through to Helena Bertinelli, who was as dangerous an ex as they come when she became the Huntress.

So the last think Ollie needs is a super stalker, but that’s exactly what he’ll get during Season 3. Entertainment Weekly broke the news that Amy Gumenick, last seen on Supernatural, is joining the Arrow cast as Carry Cutter. She’s also known as the villain Cupid in the comics, where she’s a super-strong but mentally unhinged former special ops soldier who becomes obsessed with Green Arrow.
She also happens to be a creation of Arrow executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, who told EW he “always loved the idea of Green Arrow having a crazed fan.” I’m not 100 percent sure Ollie will be quite as enthused about that prospect, seeing as he typically has enough problems running through his life at any given time.
Look for Cupid (the villain, not the cherub who helps people fall in love) in episodes six and seven of the upcoming season. Arrow starts slinging arrows again on October 8 on The CW.
