First look at Donald Glover as Ultimate Spider-Man Miles Morales

I imagine the happiest people in the world right now are fans of both ‘Community’ and Spider-Man as one of the sit-com’s stars, Donald Glover, has been cast as Miles Morales, the Spider-Man from the Ultimate Universe, for the third season Disney’s cartoon Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors. I personally love it when two of my fandoms collide and this is certainly no exception.

So, let’s keep that excitement going with a sneak peak of Miles Morales’ debut in Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors when he meets the standard universe’s Peter Parker for the first time. It’s a fairly revealing scene as it teases Peter Parker finding out that his alternative universe self is dead which is quite the dramatic reveal for a children’s show.

Honestly Glover is just perfect for the role, all we need to do now is get Andrew Garfield to step aside so that Glover can be the cinematic Spider-Man as well #GarfieldOutGloverIn. Although I am kidding, I like Garfield as Spider-Man.
