Edge Of Spider-Verse #1 Goes Back For Second Printing
By Nick Tylwalk
Alternate universe Spider-Men are popular. As evidence, Marvel announced today that Edge of Spider-Verse #1 had completely sold out at the distributor level (with the ever popular caveat that some copies could still be floating around at retail) and that the book would receive a second printing that would be available in early October.

The first issue of Edge of Spider-Verse featured the return of Spider-Man Noir, who was already a fan favorite. The second issue, which just came out this week, was the one with Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman, which seemed to go over well with fans. Anyone want to place any bets on whether #2 will need a second print run?
And this is just the series before the series, as it were. It bodes well for the success of Spider-Verse proper, where presumably all of the various Spider-Men will come together to defeat Morlun. You may want to tell your LCS to add the remaining Spider-Verse books to your pull list, just in case.
