I say that because the Iron Spider costume has already made its way into the mobile game, and now the second Spider-Man on that list has done the same. As of today, Future Foundation Spider-Man — or White Costume Spider-Man, as my son calls it — is now live as a Rare card. He’s not easy to get though; you either need to finish with a top five score in your group of 1,000 players in the “Fight for the Future” mission that is running for the next two days (hint: you get a score bonus for using Bulletproof Spider-Man) or throw down one of the top 99 scores today in Unlimited Mode. You can also get him by finishing exactly in 10,000th place or 100,000th place today, but that’s even tougher to pull off.
Comics fans might remember this particular costume as the one Peter Parker wore during a brief stint with the Fantastic Four during the time Human Torch was assumed to be dead. And he really was dead, except that Annihilus brought him back to life for his own purposes only to have it backfire on him. Comics!
In any case, the Future Foundation suit is a cool look for Spidey. Good luck tracking it down!
