I’m not kidding about that last part either. In conjunction with the release of Batman Vol. 5: Zero Year – Dark City and the start of NYCC 2014, Jim Lee and Scott Snyder will be appearing at the Apple Store in SoHo for a special signing event. It starts at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 8, beginning with a discussion with both creators on Batman’s immense cultural influence moderated by Grantland writer David Shoemaker.
The Apple Store SoHo is located at 103 Prince St. It appears you can make an online reservation for the event on the store’s website, which might be a good idea if you’re planning on attending. And hey, why not kick off NYCC a night early, right?
