You’ll Be Able To Ask Santa For An Official Baby Dancing Groot
By Nick Tylwalk
Maybe a baby dancing Groot toy can replace some of the now-dated things that kids ask for in historic Christmas songs. Forget trains, I want an official Groot toy that gets down like he did at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy!

Well good news, everyone: if you’re on Santa’s nice list, you can ask him for one this year. Mashable got to do the exclusive reveal this weekend, and as you can see in the video below, he does indeed groove to what appears to be an instrumental version of The Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” booming from a speaker in his pot. He doesn’t appear to have all the moves of his movie counterpart, but hey, we’ll take what we can get on this one, right?
KIDdesigns is the manufacturer, and $14.99 is the expected retail price. I’d be shocked if this isn’t one of the most popular comic-related items of this or any recent holiday season. And with the Guardians Blu-ray coming out in December as well, Santa may as well just have some of his elves become official Marvel employees for the time being.
