The teasers for next summer just keep coming. This time Newsarama got to run the exclusive first, showing off a Planet Hulk teaser for Summer 2015. It’ll probably get sent out to a bunch of media outlets later today, as that’s what Marvel seems to be doing with these.

Like most of the other teasers we’ve seen this week (Newsarama does say that the Civil War image that started all of this off was pretty straightforward), this one references a past Marvel event, but it’s not depicting anything from it. The presence of multiple Hulks and some kind of Captain America/Thor hybrid pretty much guarantees it’s something we’ve never seen before.
Our guess remains the same: this has something to do with Marvel’s new Secret Wars from Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic. Since that mysterious 2015 series is itself a callback to one of the most famous Marvel events of all time, it’s possible, maybe even likely that it will reference others along the way. That would certainly back up Marvel’s claim that it will be the biggest event the company has ever done.
