Another Fan-Made ‘Batman v Superman’ SDCC Trailer Recreation
By Skip Harvey
Every attempt we made to bring you the Comic-Con exclusive trailer for Batman v Superman ended with the studio removing it within hours. Because of that, the best anyone can show is a detailed description or recreations of the footage. Thankfully, there are several of both.
Today we bring you another from the depths of the internet so you, the reader, can get as close to the experience as possible.
This comes from YouTube creator Free Will Revolution.
"The dark, moody scene opens with a full look at Ben Affleck in the new Batsuit. It’s a classic black and grey, much simpler than the Nolan era costume. His eyes glow ominously, his demeanor grizzled much like theArkham series. In the pouring rain, Batman reaches for a lever below him and activates the Batsignal. Panning up to the dark Gotham sky, we see the light shining directly on a hovering Superman! The red light from his smoldering heat vision light the air around him. The camera cuts back to Batman whose eyes are glowing a cold blue. Cut to the logo."
We’ve been told the footage seen in the trailer won’t be shown again till the film hits screens in 2016. This is the best you’re going to get.
