Meet Gotham’s Harvey Dent
Nicholas D’Agosto (Masters of Sex, Heroes) is set to play Harvey Dent in DC’s TV series Gotham, will be appearing in the ninth episode of Gotham, but here’s a sneak peek of what he looks like as Harvey and a bit of his take on the character below. Also below is a blurb from IGN’s article on meeting Harvey Dent:

"The video, an outtake from today’s new episode of DC All Access, which can be seen at DCComics.com and down below on this very page, features D’Agosto speaking about Dent and Gordon’s relationship as well as star Ben McKenzie discussing NYC’s connection to the name “Gotham.” Check it out!"

I think it’s an interesting take on Harvey, as traditionally he has been much closer to Bruce in age, they went to college together in at least one comic arc and are often portrayed as best friends. It looks like in Gotham we will see more of a friendship between Gordon and Dent instead. I’m looking forward to seeing Harvey Dent join the cast of Gotham, as I’m really hoping to see Gordon get an ally, since Bruce is a long way off from being able to help him as Batman.
