Cyborg Ray Fisher Talks Justice League!
By Skip Harvey
Ray Fisher, the theater actor from New Jersey is about to be big. Well, at 6 foot 4, he’s already big. Now he’s going to be a star. Cast in Batman v Superman as the former Teen Titan Cyborg, Fisher recently talked about getting the band together in the form of the Justice League.
"I’m a long-game player and didn’t see any of this happening until at least my 40’s. It’s a huge honor, but a bit of pressure comes along with it. My mind is just boggled right now.I met everyone in the Justice League except Henry Cavill [Superman] and Ezra Miller [The Flash], It was surreal. You get this idea of going to work on a Hollywood set as being really stressful and nerve-wracking. But it blew that stereotype away. If they did have stressful times, it wasn’t while I was there.Let me tell you, man, people are in for a hell of a treat."
After seeing images of Fisher as Muhammad Ali in the play Fetch Clay, Make Man, he certainly looks the part. He was a virtual unknown as an actor in Hollywood until he gained attention as a contender for a role in Star Wars: Episode VII. As it stands currently, Ray Fisher will not only be in BvS, but also Justice League and a Cyborg standalone film in 2020.
I have a feeling this kid is going to be big.
