‘Batman v Superman’ Trailer Confirmed Before ‘The Hobbit’
By Skip Harvey
A few days ago we reported that the rumors of a Batman v Superman trailer coming soon lead us to speculate as to its timing. For multiple reason, the most likely scenario would be before The Hobbit in December. Turns out we were right.
According to the official IMAX Twitter page, a brand new teaser trailer will accompany The Hobbit very soon.
Now, the source they site in the link doesn’t officially confirm this, but since IMAX will be distributing and screening the films, you have to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The trailer itself will almost certainly be different than what was screened at Comic-Con since we were told not to expect to see that footage till the film comes out.
The Hobbit hits screens on December 17th of this year, so you might want to get your tickets even if you hadn’t planned seeing the film. This might be a whole other incentive.
