Nicole Kidman Has One Regret About Batman Forever
Nicole Kidman has had quite a storied career with a variety of roles, but she’s only been in one superhero movie. Kidman played Dr. Meridian Chase Meridian in the Joel Schumacher-directed Batman Forever in 1995, which also starred Val Kilmer as Batman, Chris O’Donell as Robin, Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face & Jim Carrey as the Riddler. Kidman enjoyed being in the movie, but wished she had an expanded role.

"I remember going, ‘I wish had more of a role, though’. It’s great being the girl in the Batman movie … But I’m an actor and you go, ‘Gosh, I want more to do. I would still love to do some sort of superhero movie where I get to do the cool stuff."
Admittedlyy, Kidman’s role in Batman Forever wasn’t especially memorable, basically a throwaway love interest. Now that superhero movies are a dime-a-dozen these days, a top-level actress like herself could probably get a major role in a superhero movie without too much trouble I would think.
