New LEGO Batman Movie will be About All Batman Eras
By Skip Harvey
Since the wild success of The LEGO Movie and the instant cult hit that was Will Arnett’s LEGO Batman, attention in the movie franchise has shifted from the game series to a new spin off. That doesn’t mean, however, that they’re going to forget everything that’s come before.
In a recent interview with EMPIRE, director Chris Miller gave us some reassurance about just how the new movie’s going to go:
"Rest assured that every era of Batman filmmaking will be acknowledged. There have been so many interpretations of Batman and there is so much to play with there. There are 40 versions of his origin story alone."
You know what that means, Bat-fans…Bat-nipples! Finally!
If you’re a fan of the LEGO Movie version of Batman, I have a feeling this movie will be a treat.
