Fan Trailer: Batman vs. Green Arrow
Due to DC’s weird insistence on keeping their TV & movie universes seperate, while we may see Batman & Green Arrow team up one day on the big screen, it likely won’t be Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen/Arrow on the hit CW show of the same name. Which is a shame because Amell has done a damn good job of playing the vigilante these last couple seasons. But that doesn’t stop enterprising fans from imaging what a crossover between the two would look like…

Youtube user ShadesAtKnight has meshed together clips from both the the TV show Arrow and the Christopher Nolan Batman films which start Christian Bale as Batman to make a cool and nearly convincing “Batman vs. Green Arrow” trailer. What really makes it work is the fact that Arrow has more or less co-opted one of Batman’s greatest foes, Ra’s Al Ghul to use as a primary adversary for Arrow so it creates an easy link between the two and many scenes are cleverly cut so they match up well. We know Stephen Amell is campaigning for as much crossover as possible, he even wants an Arrow/Gotham crossover to happen somehow, some way. Maybe we’ll get a minor miracle and see Affleck & Amell on screen together at some point but until then we can dream and watch this awesome fan trailer full of possibilities:
