Ben McKenzie Talks Gotham!

Ben Mckenzie plays a young Detective Jim Gordon (though currently he’s a lowly Arkham Asylum security guard) on the hit Fox tv show Gotham. Recently, Ben McKenzie had a chat on Google+ hangout to talk about Gotham and his portrayal of Jim Gordon on the show.

In the video, Ben McKenzie talks about the cultural impact of Batman, as well as talking about the fact that in fat Ben McKenzie played Batman in the direct to video animated movie Batman: Year One and McKenzie’s knowledge of the DC universe. It’s admittedly a fairly lengthy interview clocking in at around 25 minutes, but hey if you have that long to kill and you are a fan of Ben McKenzie or Gotham it’s probably worth a listen. McKenzie has certainly been one of the stand out performances in Gotham (which is great since he is one of the leads, and a bad lead can certainly sink a show).
