Gotham: Jack Gruber Is The Electrocutioner
When we last left Gotham, Arkham inmate and electricity expert Jack Gruber had escaped and was out in the wild. Now a teaser image officially coins him as one of Batman’s rogues gallery, the Electrocutioner.

In comics, the Electrocutioner was a vigilante who eventually became an assassin for hire. Jack Gruber could easily just be the first incarnation of the Electrocutioner, as a running theme in the show is introducing early versions of what would go on to become famous Batman villains. You can catch a special look at next week’s episode of Gotham tonight during the show, Empire on Fox, which will feature Gruber as the Electrocutioner. We already know there will be a big showdown between Gordon and Gruber, so we won’t know until the episode airs if he will be a recurring villain or he will simply be killed off in this episode and another Electrocutioner might pop up somewhere down the line. Either way, be sure to check out Gotham on Fox this Monday to see the Electrocutioner take on Gotham’s finest!
