Gotham: Bullock Is ‘Deeply In Love With Fish Mooney’
It’s been pretty clear since the first episode of Gotham that Detective Harvey Bullock and mob boss Fish Mooney have a pretty close relationship. And in the most recent episode of Gotham, it was showed that Bullock deeply cares for her, helping Fish to get out of Gotham and lay low for awhile. But is it merely as a good friend, or something even deeper?
Donal Logue, who plays Harvey Bullock definitely thinks it goes way farther than just being a really close friend.

"Whether she’s aware of it or not, Harvey Bullock’s deeply in love with Fish Mooney. Things get crazier for her when she steps off the dock to leave town. That is going to be a wild story line that I guarantee — it shocked me when I read what happens to her."
