Bane vs. The Flash?

CW is home to a growing number of quality shows based on DC properties, namely Arrow & Flash (with a likely A.T.O.M. spin-off and possibly even more in the works). The stars of Arrow have been pretty diligent about wanting Batman or at least some more elements of Batman to crossover with their show, but what about The Flash?

Robbie Amell & Victor Garber, who both play Firestorm on The Flash (it’s very complicated), recently had a Q & A where they were asked what villains they would like to see appear on the show.

Garber basically says whatever Amell says goes, and Amell says he’d love to see Bane on the show, stating that “as you can see, I’m a bit of a Batman fan”. We have a video below, where in addition to seeing Amell saying he wants Bane on the show, what DC hero he’d like to see Firestorm team up with, and his answer is a certain caped crusader we are very big fans of:

Bane would certainly be a challenging foe for The Flash, and overall it’d just be great to see random characters from various corners of the DC universe on The Flash like they have on Arrow in order to make it feel like a more connected show. Be sure to catch The Flash Tuesdays on CW!
