How Would Penguin Fare on Walking Dead?
Robin Lord Taylor was recently a guest on “Talking Dead”, the spinoff of “The Walking Dead” that has various celebrity guests talk about the show (and Robin Lord Taylor played a small role on Walking Dead). On it, he talked about how The Penguin would deal with one of the deadly walkers from “The Walking Dead”.

"He would probably befriend someone like Abraham and make him do it for him. People ask me on Twitter, how would Penguin deal on The Walking Dead world, and he would do it very similar to Eugene, where he would create some big story, find a big muscle guy to help him stay alive. That’s what would happen."
I think Penguin would actually fare very well in the world of The Walking Dead because he’d rarely be doing any dirty work himself, always manipulating others, which he has been shown to be extremely adept at.
Also, in an interview with Comicbook.com, Taylor talked about when he threw a Gotham script against a wall. It was the script for Penguin’s Umbrella, episode 7, arguably the standout episode of Gotham so far, where we find out Penguin has been playing pretty much everyone and secretly working for Falcone:
"I would hope that it would still be consistent, but it’s hard to say because yeah — when it was revealed that I had been working with Falcone the whole time, I didn’t know that. I didn’t know that until I got the script and I literally threw the script across the room. I was like, “Oh, my God, he’s so much smarter than I thought he was!” [Laughs]But at the same time, it’s interesting. I feel like Oswald is so smart and cunning and such a good manipulator of the people around him that it really doesn’t matter if I, Robin, know things or not because Oswald would play it off just exactly as convincingly if he knew or if he didn’t know."
Be sure to catch Robin Lord Taylor as the smartest man in the room on Gotham Mondays on Fox!
