First, a synopsis for “Everyone Has A Cobblepot”:
"While Gordon seeks information about the recent controversy with Commissioner Loeb, Fish’s allegiance with the prisoners is questioned when she appears to join forces with Dr. Dulmacher (guest star Colm Feore, “The Borgias,” “24”). Meanwhile, after an attack close to home, Bruce deals with the aftermath."
Ok, this is a bit of a stretch here, but I think the title might have to with the “controversy” with Comissioner Loeb. The title, “Everyone One Has A Cobblepot” might refer to Gordon & Penguin’s relationship and how most people have a “friend” they’d rather not have, who might even be scandalous for their career. Commissioner Loeb may have someone who helped get him where he is through rather unscrupulous means and now that “friend” is a huge liability to his career. Just a guess though.
What we can tell from these photos is that Harvey Dent is back after basically pulling a vanishing act since the mid-season finale. Will we start to see chinks in his armor as the first season of Gotham pulls to a close? We get our first good look at Colm Feore as The Dollmaker. Also, Penguin is about to get shot again!
