First, let’s check out an official synopsis of the episode:

"Gotham 1×18 “Everyone Has a Cobblepot” – While Gordon seeks information about the recent controversy with Commissioner Loeb, Fish’s allegiance with the prisoners is questioned when she appears to join forces with Dr. Dulmacher (guest star Colm Feore, “The Borgias,” “24”). Meanwhile, after an attack close to home, Bruce deals with the aftermath in the all-new “Everyone Has A Cobblepot” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, March 2nd on FOX."

Now, the promo below isn’t horribly revealing, but we can see that the Wayne Enterprises bard will most likely be doing something to try and take Bruce Wayne out of the picture before he exposes them. We also see a bit of Fish doing remarkably well after spooning out her on eye and crushing it. But what is the deal with a “controversy” surrounding Commissioner Loeb? Loeb is certainly one of Gordon’s biggest political threats, will he have an opportunity to get rid of him?
