What have Square Enix done to Spider-Man?

As Spider-Fans we all like a good Spider-Man toy/figure/statue to geek-out to. However I’m not sure how to take Square Enix’s new hyper stylized Spider-Man that was unveiled at the Toy Fair 2015 as part of their Play Arts Kai line.

They’ve done it to Thor and Iron Man as well!

Really not sure how much I like it, if in fact i like it at all.
