Synopsis For Episode 20 Of Gotham: ‘Under The Knife’

Gotham returns on April 13th with the episode “Beasts of Prey”, but courtesy of Comicbook.com, we already have a synopsis for the following episode, episode 20, titled “Under The Knife”.

The interesting thing about the synopsis for “Under The Knife” is that it doesn’t really give away anything that happened in the previous episode “Beasts of Prey”, so feel free to read and have a general idea of what is going on in “Under The Knife” without actually having anything spoiled for you:

"Gordon and Bullock continue to investigate the Ogre (guest star Milo Ventimiglia), who begins to make his move on someone close to Gordon. Meanwhile, Bruce and Selina team up to expose a corrupt Wayne Enterprises employee and Nygma comes to Kristin Kringle’s defense in the all-new “Under the Knife” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, April 20 (8:00-9:00 ET/PT) on FOX. (GTH-120) (TV-14 D, L, V)"

Well, assuming they aren’t throwing a red herring our way with the photos and promos we’ve seen so far, e can safely assume that the “someone close” to Gordon that The Ogre is making a move on is Barbara Keane. The more interesting part is Nygma coming to Kristen Kringle’s defense. In what way? I guess we’ll just have to watch the episode to find out…
