Marvel Unlimited has caught the spirit of a galaxy far, far away.
It comes courtesy of a heaping helping of Star Wars comics, over 500 of which are now available for your reading pleasure through Marvel’s digital comics subscription service. To celebrate the occasion, both new and returning Marvel Unlimited subscribers can get their first month absolutely free. Fittingly, all you need to do is enter the code “STAR WARS” when you hit the Marvel Unlimited checkout page and you are good to go.
The Star Wars Legends comics that are hitting the service stretch back over the entire history of the franchise, and many of them were originally published in print by Dark Horse. To help you get your bearings, Marvel Unlimited has added several new options to its “Discover” tab that are Star Wars-centric, including:
- Character Spotlight: Boba Fett
- Rise of the Rebels
- Character Spotlight: Darth Vader
- Rogue Squadron
- The Dark Force Rises
And yes, as one of your super-fan friends is sure to point out, these stories are no longer canon, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some fantastic reading in there anyway.
Marvel’s new Star Wars comics will begin popping up on the service this summer, so this is a great time to investigate all it has to offer. The free month deal is only good through May 5, so be sure to enter the code before that day arrives.
