Dawn Of Justice: Full Batman Costume Revealed
By Steve Lam
Zack Snyder may very well go down in history as the most generous director in Hollywood. I’m talking songs and epics will be written about this man. As a “thank you” to fans (really, should this guy be thanking us?) for attending the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice IMAX Trailer event, Snyder tweeted out an image of Ben Affleck’s Batman costume. This is the first time we’re seeing the Dark Knight’s attire in full view:
On Monday, April 20, 2015, hardcore fans celebrated the highly anticipated release of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice teaser trailer at a special event. Even though the trailer was leaked and subsequently released early by the studio, Snyder kept this event special by giving fans vouchers for a free preview showing of the film one week ahead of its scheduled release, two teaser character posters, and an exclusive scene not attached to any public trailers — Superman and Batman about to collide in combat.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has a United States release date of March 25, 2016. It will be directed by Zack Snyder, written by Chris Terrio from a story by David Goyer and Zack Snyder, and will star Henry Cavill as Clark Kent / Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Tao Okamoto as Mercy Graves, Holly Hunter as a United States Senator, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone / Cyborg, and Callan Mulvey, Scoot McNairy, and Jena Malone in unspecified roles.
