Ultron Recruits Klaw
Klaw is eventually captured by the Fantastic Four and the Black Panther. However, in Avengers #54 (July 1968) a villain going by the identity of the Crimson Cowl frees him. It turns out that the Crimson Cowl was actually Ultron who wanted Klaw to be part of his second incarnation of the Masters of Evil. The villainous group then faces off with the Avengers, but the titular superhero team defeats them.
