Klaw in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
The villain makes his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Avengers: Age of Ultron. In this version, he is known as Ulysses Klaue. The name and characterization is a combination of Ulysses Klaw and his father, Fritz Klaue — a Dutchman who became a high-ranking Nazi official and enemy of the Howling Commandos.
With the announcement of Black Panther by Marvel Studios, it’s likely that Andy Serkis will reprise his role as Ulysses Klaue since the villain is the main enemy of the titular hero.
