Amazon Lists Gotham Season One For September 8th
Those waiting for the Blu-Ray/DVD release of Gotham season one may still have a few months according to Amazon.

Amazon recently listed Gotham Season One as coming out on September 8th. September is a popular time to release seasons of TV shows as that’s generally a little before the Fall seasons gets into full gear, so it’s certainly possible. But no official statement has been issued about the release so take it with a grain of salt. And while Amazon has the listing and you can pre-order the first season of Gotham on Blu-Ray or DVD, there are no special features listed and that really doesn’t look like it would be the official Gotham Season One box art on the page.
This also brings up the question of when Gotham is coming to streaming giant Netflix. Netflix nabbed post-season streaming rights before Gotham even premiered, a first for any TV show. No official date on that, but you’d have to imagine it would be at latest sometime in September is well. Gotham is set to return this fall Mondays on Fox for it’s second season, going up against another DC show, Supergirl on CBS. Should be interesting to see how that plays out or if either network blinks and moves their show.
