You Can Get An Iron Man Galaxy S6 Edge Soon — But Only In Korea

If you want to be the coolest Iron Man fan on your block, you might want to consider the Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition smartphone pictured above. Not only is it reportedly an awesome device, it comes all decked out in Iron Man’s trademark colors and even has the faceplate of the Golden Avenger on the back.

“We are excited to be able to offer our world-class Galaxy S6 edge smartphone designed especially for Iron Man fans through our continued collaboration with Marvel,” Younghee Lee, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, IT & Mobile Division at Samsung Electronics, said in a press release. “The limited edition Iron Man Galaxy S6 edge embodies the power of the iconic Avenger with a dual-curved edge design and advanced features that will provide Marvel fans with the ultimate entertainment experience.”

There’s just one problem: you’re going to need your passport in order and enough money for a long plane flight in order to get your hands on one.

TechCrunch reports that the device goes on sale in Korea this week but that there is no date listed for a US release.The fine print on the promotional graphics make it sound like China and Hong Kong can expect it there too, but we might be out of luck in North America.

That’d be a bummer, because I’d love to have that sweet wireless charger that looks just like an Arc Reactor. I think Tony Stark would approve. Even the box looks awesome.

Email Samsung, I guess, if you’d like to see this phone stateside. In the meantime, here’s the official unboxing video so you can even more envious of the folks who do get to buy one of these.
