In a past article, I wrote how Zack Snyder would go down in history as one of the most generous directors in Hollywood. After what happened tonight, I’m going to up that idea and give him the title of “The People’s Director.” We all know how boring waiting in line can be, and Snyder seems to really appreciate his fans and their patience. That’s why at around midnight tonight, ComicBookMovie.com reported that Snyder, in the Batmobile, rumbled right up to the massive Hall H line. Exiting the car, he threw out Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice T-shirts to the cheering crowd. He also stayed a bit and chatted with the fans.
This man isn’t just a fan of DC, he’s a fan of fans. In this day and age where we hear about classless celebrities (something about licking doughnuts and hating your own country), Zack Snyder is a total breath of fresh air. That’s it, this man could churn out films worse than Ed Wood for the rest of his career and I’ll still attend them. He’s passionate about films and passionate about the fans. That’s a winner in my book.
A series of Tweets from attendees outside of Hall H show the evidence of Zack Snyder’s awesomeness:
