First Gotham Season 2 Teasers!

Are you trembling with excitement? Gotham season 2 is a mere eight weeks away! We’ve seen set photos, heard interviews and casting news, but haven’t really seen any footage yet. Until now that is.

Courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter we have two brand-spanking new trailers for season two of Gotham. The first focuses on James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and some uneasy alliances he may have to deal with (like with the new King of Gotham, The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor). The second gives of some more footage of that mysterious cave uncovered by Bruce Wayne in Wayne Manor at the very end of season one. Check them out below:

Both clips indicate that season two of Gotham is being themed as “Rise of The Villains”, and with all we’ve heard about a bunch of new villains coming to town this season, that certainly seems to be the case. Season two of Gotham premieres September 21st on Fox!
