Leaked Pics First Images Of Black Panther Movie Costume?
By Nick Tylwalk
Let’s all take a second to give thanks to Instagram. While movie studios probably aren’t as happy about it, the app has made leaked pictures of upcoming super hero movies much more accessible to hungry fans.
Case in point: the account of Andreas Meyer (@meyerfotos), which shared what appear to be the first images we’ve seen of Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther movie costume from the set of Captain America: Civil War. Take a look:
Comic Book Resources suggests that might not be Boseman in those pics, which supposedly come to us from Berlin, but a stuntman instead. All those wires make that a safe bet. The site also reminds us that the finished product is likely to be spruced up a bit from what we see here, and everyone knows how Marvel Studios rolls when it comes to polish.
Meyer also has a great shot of Chris Evans in a hat and sunglasses, adding to the likelihood that these are the real deal. We should get a lot closer look at Black Panther — including, eventually, the official reveal of his costume by Marvel — as we inch closer to the release of Captain America: Civil War on May 6, 2016.
