LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack Of The Legion Of Doom Clip Shows Super Villain Tryouts
By Nick Tylwalk
It’s quite possible that LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom has the longest title of any comic book-related project I’ve ever seen. It also might break some new ground as far as what it takes to become part of one of the most infamous groups of villains ever known, at least if the new clip below is any indication.
In other words, did you know there were tryouts to get into the Legion of Doom? Alongside their iconic swamp headquarters, there lies the Obstacle Course of Doom. Lex Luthor, Black Manta and Sinestro are using it to separate the stars from the also-rans among a who’s who of super villain hopefuls, all trying to gain membership.
The competitors include:
- Joker
- Cheetah
- Deathstroke
- Penguin
- Gorilla Grodd
- Captain Cold
- Man-Bat
There are no rules! Actually, there’s one rule, as Luthor explains to one hopeful who he says “won’t even fit through the door.” As Sinestro explains, rules are rules.
Bummer. You won’t have to be quite as depressed, because you can see LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom in its entirety when it comes to Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD on August 25.
