Villains Are On The Rise In This New Gotham Promo

We know that season two of Gotham is when all hell breaks loose and the villains are on the rise (it is called “Rise of The Villains” after all) and this new promo shows us a glimpse of the chaos they will cause in Gotham in season two!

There’s plenty of information relayed in this latest Gotham promo. We get our first footage of both Jessica Lucas & James Frain as the dangerous billoinaire brother/sister duo Theo & Tabitha Galvan. But more disturbing, we see some new footage of Jerome, played by Cameron Monaghan, upgrading from killer to murderous psycopath as he seems to be going on a killing spree somewhere with plenty of security. Check out all the carnage below and be sure to see the villains rise when Gotham premiers September 21st on Fox!
