A New Face Wants To Force Gotham Into The Future

There are a lot of new faces coming to Gotham in season two. Some friendly, most not. But are any of them visionaries? Entertainment Weekly is reporting that somebody is coming to Gotham with a plan to move it into the future, whether or not Gotham can handle it.

"We have a character now who basically wants to move into the future and has a grand design of moving Gotham into a modern future, and we’re going to see if the city can handle that kind of pressure or not."

So the real question is who is this new visionary? Is it someone we’ve already heard about, or yet another new face adding to Gotham’s ever-crowding line-up? If it’s somebody we’ve already been introduced to, my bet is on Theo Galvan. He might be on a mission of revenge, but that could also include molding Gotham into the future he sees fit for it along with him being hinted at as key to the origins of famous Batman villain. If it’s not him, who knows? We’ll certainly start finding out when Gotham returns September 21st!
