This has been a good week for manga fans in the U.S. eager to have more convenient ways to read their favorite series thanks to Comixology. First the digital comics service announced it would carry Weekly Shonen Jump on the same day as its print release, and it followed up today with the revelation that another major manga publisher has joined its lineup of partners.

Kodansha Comics, publisher of Attack on Titan, Sailor Moon and Akira, has reached a distribution agreement with Comixology that will make more than 350 manga titles available through the service with even more on the way. New releases will be available through the Comixology website or its apps on the same day as they see print, and some digital-only titles will be offered as well.

“It’s wonderful to bring our deep manga library to comiXology and their passionate audience,” Alvin Lu, General Manager of Kodansha Advanced Media, said in a press release. “We’re thrilled to provide a significant boost to comiXology’s manga selection with some of the most-talked-about new manga series, such as Noragami, The Seven Deadly Sins, and of course Attack on Titan.”

That last property should prove to be the biggest draw. With 17 volumes and counting, as well as spinoff series and forays into just about every other form of media, Attack on Titan isn’t showing any signs of slowing down, and now Comixology will be a convenient way to read it in English as soon as it comes out.

“Kodansha is a publisher that comiXology fans have been clamoring to read on our platform,” David Steinberger, comiXology’s co-founder and CEO, said in a press release. “I’m a huge fan of Attack on Titan and can’t wait to gift the first volume to friends and family and have them experience this great series on our platform for the first time!”
