Batman Birthday: Tom Hardy!
By Skip Harvey
That’s right, Bane himself, Tom Hardy is celebrating his 38th birthday today!
Not only was the badass actor Bane in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, but he was nearly Rick Flagg in Suicide Squad, opting to do another project before returning to the DC comic world with 100 Bullets.
Here are some great moments from Hardy in the Dark Knight Rises. Some didn’t care for his accent or his treatment in the film, but I had little problem with it. Of that movie’s issues, Bane wasn’t really one of them.
Bane went through a lot of changes before the final version of TDKR
